There seems like a lot of work has to be done!

The Bath Stone is cut to fit the lock sides

Sunday 11 March 2012

Between March 5th and 30th 2012 the canal has been drained to allow for repairs.

As you can see it is in desperate need of a little TLC!

It looks like they will be repairing the locks as well as the crumbling sides.

Why is it that shopping trolley find their way into canal??? How is it possible for anyone to actually drag a trolley all the way from Tescos down the stone stairs and along the towpath?????
At the moment they have good weather but being March that could all change!

Hope it doesn't take any longer!
